Acceptance of Terms & License Agreement
By accessing, browsing, or downloading software from FutureEdgeIT, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms govern your use of our website, desktop utilities, software installers, documentation, trial evaluations, and commercial licensing systems.
Software Licensing & Authorized Use
FutureEdgeIT grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and execute our software products (including Bank Statement eMate and PDF Unlocker Pro) in accordance with your registered license tier (Single-User or Multi-User). You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, redistribute, resell, or modify our software binaries without explicit written permission from FutureEdgeIT.
Offline Architecture & Data Privacy
Our desktop applications are built on an offline-first architecture. All document processing, password removal, and financial data conversions occur locally on your machine. FutureEdgeIT does not upload, inspect, store, or transmit your confidential client files, statements, or processed outputs to any remote server.
Account Security & License Management
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials, license keys, and hardware machine bindings generated via our Customer Portal. FutureEdgeIT reserves the right to suspend or revoke license keys obtained fraudulently or utilized in violation of these terms.
